Your information. Your choices.

Privacy Policy

How we handle information from our website, applications and communications.

Last updated: October 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Action Insulation Services, Inc. (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses and discloses your information when you use our website and related application forms. It also describes your privacy choices and how to contact us.

This policy covers action87.com, including visits redirected from www.action87.com, and the information you provide to us through our English application and Spanish application, hosted on Google Forms. These are referred to below as the “Service.”

We use personal information to provide and improve the Service. We collect, use and disclose your information as described in this policy and, where required by applicable law, only where we have a valid legal basis, including your consent where consent is required.

Information we collect

Information you provide

When you contact us or apply for employment, we may ask for information that identifies you or lets us contact you, including your name, email address, phone number, address, state, ZIP code and city. Our application forms also ask about matters such as work experience, training, availability and contact preferences. The information requested is shown on the form you choose to complete.

The application forms are hosted by Google. Information you submit is provided to Action Insulation’s hiring team through Google Forms. Google’s own privacy terms also apply to its operation of that service. Visiting action87.com does not submit an employment application.

Information collected automatically

Usage information may include your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, operating system, pages visited, the time and date of a visit, time spent on pages, referral information, device identifiers and diagnostic information. For mobile visits, this may include the device type, mobile operating system and mobile browser. Hosting and other service providers may receive information that your browser automatically sends when it requests a page or resource.

Cookies, website services and Google Analytics

Cookies can remain on your device until they expire or you delete them (“persistent cookies”), or be removed when you close your browser (“session cookies”). You can usually configure your browser to refuse cookies, alert you when cookies are being sent or delete cookies already stored. Some features of websites and third-party services may not work as expected when cookies are blocked.

Our current website

We use Google Firebase Hosting to deliver action87.com, Google Fonts to display website fonts, and Google Analytics 4 to understand website use. Your browser contacts these providers when it loads their resources. Our application buttons take you to Google Forms, which operates separately from the website and may use its own cookies and account features.

Google Analytics uses first-party cookies and similar identifiers to measure visits, pages viewed, interactions such as outbound link clicks, referral or campaign sources, and device and browser information. We use this information to understand how people find and use the website and to improve our recruiting and other website content.

Our website’s Analytics property is linked to our Google Ads account for measurement. Google signals and advertising-personalization signals are disabled in the website tag, and personalized advertising is disabled for that Analytics–Google Ads link. These settings do not turn off basic website measurement.

We have not added custom tracking that sends application answers, applicant names, phone numbers or email form fields to Google Analytics. The external Google Forms are separate from this website’s Analytics tag; an application-link click by itself does not mean that an application was submitted.

Read how Google uses information from sites and apps that use its services and Google’s Privacy Policy. Google also provides the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on for supported browsers. Its scope is Analytics collection in that browser; it does not stop information you choose to submit to us through a form or other contact method.

Other technologies and your choices

Service providers may use cookies needed to provide requested features, remember preferences, record a privacy choice or measure service usage. Some services or emails may use web beacons or similar technologies to measure visits, message interactions, popularity or system integrity. Their use depends on the particular service and its settings.

Where applicable law requires consent for non-essential cookies or similar technologies, we use them only with that consent. You can manage cookies through your browser or device settings and, where available, through a service’s privacy controls. Our public action87.com website does not currently provide a separate cookie-preferences tool. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

How we use personal information

We may use personal information for the following purposes, as relevant to your interaction with us:

  • To provide and maintain the Service and monitor its use.
  • To receive and review employment applications, respond to inquiries and manage your requests.
  • To contact you by email, phone, SMS or other appropriate means about your request, relevant services, updates or security information.
  • To manage an account or perform a contract where such a relationship exists.
  • To provide news, offers or information about relevant goods, services or events where permitted by law. Where consent is required, including under applicable EEA or UK rules, we will rely on that consent. You may unsubscribe or contact us to opt out.
  • To analyze usage, assess campaign effectiveness and improve our Service, communications and user experience.
  • To evaluate or carry out a merger, sale, restructuring or similar business transfer in which personal information may be among the transferred assets.

When we may share information

  • Service providers: with providers that help operate, support or analyze the Service or communicate with you.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, sale, financing, acquisition or negotiations for such a transaction.
  • Affiliates: with affiliates, which we require to honor this policy.
  • Public interactions: information you choose to share in a public area of a service may be visible to other users. The public action87.com website does not currently provide a public posting area.
  • Your consent: for other purposes with your consent.

The additional restrictions on mobile information and text-message consent below apply to our SMS program.

Text messages

You have the option to receive text (SMS) messages from us. If you opt in, we may collect and store the information you provide in connection with text messaging, including your phone number, the date and method of your consent, and message delivery and read information.

No mobile information will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The phone numbers and consent records we collect for texting are never shared with anyone for any purpose, except the service providers that technically have to handle them to deliver the texts.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of a purchase or use of our services. Depending on the program you join, messages may concern customer support, account activity, delivery updates, authentication codes, security alerts or marketing offers. The opt-in notice for the program describes the messages you agree to receive.

Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for support. Message and data rates may apply. Messaging frequency may vary. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Retention of personal information

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Where possible, we use shorter retention periods or reduce the information’s ability to identify you. The periods below are maximums described as “up to”; information may be deleted or anonymized sooner.

  • Accounts, where offered: for the duration of the account and up to 24 months after closure.
  • Support correspondence and tickets: up to 24 months after the matter is closed.
  • Chat transcripts, where used: up to 24 months for quality and training purposes.
  • Website analytics information: up to 24 months from collection, depending on the provider and configured retention settings.
  • Server logs: up to 24 months for security and troubleshooting.
  • Marketing analytics identifiers and profiles: up to 24 months after the last interaction or until opt-out, whichever occurs first.

We may retain information beyond these periods when required by law, needed for a legal claim, necessary for security or fraud prevention, requested by you, or temporarily present in backups awaiting scheduled deletion. You can contact us for information about retention applicable to your information, including an employment application.

After the applicable period, we securely delete or anonymize information. Information deleted from active systems may remain for a limited period in encrypted backups maintained for recovery, security or legal requirements and removed under the backup deletion schedule. Anonymized statistics may be retained for research and analysis.

Transfers of personal information

Your information may be processed at our offices and other places where our service providers operate, including outside your state or country, where data-protection laws may differ. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards and supplementary measures for international transfers. We take reasonable steps to ensure that information is treated securely and in accordance with this policy and that appropriate controls protect transfers.

Security

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You may contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law. Where a service provides an account or self-service controls, you may also be able to update or delete information there. We may retain information when a legal obligation or another lawful basis requires or permits us to do so.

For website measurement, see the browser controls and Google Analytics opt-out link above. For marketing messages, use the unsubscribe instructions or contact us. For SMS, reply STOP as described above.

Other disclosures

If a business transfer changes the entity responsible for your personal information or subjects it to a different privacy policy, we will provide notice before that change takes effect.

We may disclose personal information when required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities. We may also disclose information in the good-faith belief that it is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect the Company’s rights or property, prevent or investigate wrongdoing, protect the safety of users or the public, or protect against legal liability.

Third-party providers may process information under their own privacy policies. Depending on their service and configuration, providers may also use information for their own service-improvement purposes. The Google privacy links above describe Google’s practices.

Children’s privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, contact us. If we learn that we collected it without the required parental consent, we take steps to remove it as soon as possible. Where consent is the legal basis and local law sets a higher age, the applicable parental-consent requirements apply.

Links to other websites

The Service contains links to sites operated by others, including Google Forms. Their operators have their own privacy practices. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of each site you visit. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites, content or privacy policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy by posting a revised version and updating the “Last updated” date. We will notify you by email and/or a prominent notice on the Service before a change takes effect. Please review this page periodically. Changes take effect when posted, unless a different effective date is stated.
